JAECE PRESIDENTIAL GRANT
The Jamaica Association of Employment and Cultural Exchange serves as the hub for all employment and international cultural exchange agencies in Jamaica. The JAECE Grant is geared towards assisted persons to access our international work and travel programs fee of costs. Our student grant is a needs based grant however academics and co-curricular activities also contributes to the overall selection of the recipient. The grant is sponsored by several employment and cultural exchange agencies who have come together to contribute financially to the fund.
Student Criteria

·Must be a fully registered full-time student for semester 1 and semester 2, i.e. pursuing 12 or more credits for both semestersN.B. applicable to 1st -4th year students

· Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0. Previous G.P.A. will be used in the case that a transfer student applies.

·The recipient will be required to be an ambassador for the work or culrutal exchange program in doing task which includes but is not limited to, conducting interviews, taking pictures, promoting the program, etc.

Must provide evidence of source of money to fund additional program requirements, more specifically, embassy fee, plane ticket cost and other miscellaneous fees.
